NEW EQUIPMENT / Brine baths

Most commonly used brining system is to place brining frames, filled with cheeses, in a stainless steel vat. The brine bath can be executed with brine circulation equipment, which contains a dissolution of the salt and a circulation of the brine through a heat exchanger to keep the brine on the right temperature.
The brine bath can be suited with an extra buffer to compensate extra volume of the brought in cheese.
If wanted we can use refurbished brining frames.
