Butter processing / Butter continuous machines

The cream is prepared in the same way as for conventional churning before being continuously fed from the ripening tanks to the continuous butter machine. This machine consists of several working sections; a churning cylinder, separation section, the squeeze-drying section and the final working section. Each working section has its own motor, so they can operate at different speeds for optimum results.
