Butter processing / Butter churns

Butter is traditionally made in cylindrical, conical, cubical or tetrahedral churns with adjustable speed. Axial strips and dashers are fitted inside the churn. The size of churns in our stock is 200 till 10,000 litres capacity. The churn is usually filled to 40 to 50% to allow space for foaming.
